What to Look For

Know what you want
First, think carefully about the kind of model you want to be and what your goals are. Do you want to focus on fashion editorials, commercial shoots, runway shows, or modeling work alongside school or studies? Choose an agency that aligns well with your ambitions and personality.

IS THE agency is a good fit for you
Look at the portfolios on the agency’s website. Do the models’ looks, energy, and style match who you are? At Rule Model Management, we look for authentic, natural, and diverse models. If you recognize yourself in our roster, there’s a good chance we’ll be a great match.

Be selective
Don’t send your photos to dozens of agencies. This costs both you and the agencies a lot of time and energy. Instead, carefully choose a few agencies where you feel you might belong.

Be patient
It’s normal not to hear back immediately. A good modeling agency reviews every application thoroughly. At Rule, we take the time to see if there’s a real match.

Attend the meeting or casting
If you’re invited for an appointment or casting, make sure to go. You’ll often quickly feel whether the atmosphere and team are right for you. A good connection is important for a pleasant collaboration.
